Privacy Policy

PrePrompt Studio ("PrePrompt," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information about you when you use our Service at preprompt.studio or in the PrePrompt Studio iPad app.

1. Who We Are

PrePrompt Studio is operated by Cloud Creator LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. For data protection law purposes (including GDPR where applicable), we act as the data controller of your personal information.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you use Google Sign-In, your Google profile name and profile photo. We store this via Firebase Authentication.

2.2 Content You Create

Scripts, project data, generated images, character sheets, and other content you create or upload within the Service are stored in your account. This content is private to you.

2.3 Usage and Log Data

We collect usage logs for security monitoring, billing reconciliation, and debugging. This includes generation timestamps, credit consumption records, and error logs. Logs are retained for 90 days.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or full payment details — Stripe provides us a customer reference ID and subscription status. Stripe's privacy policy governs their data handling.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (account, billing, support); respond to support requests; monitor for abuse and policy violations; and comply with legal obligations.

Cloud Creator does not use your content to train AI models. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your scripts or creative content with advertisers. Generating your outputs does require sending content to third-party AI providers (Section 5), whose own data-use practices vary — see our Terms and the providers' policies for details.

4. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the right to opt out of any future data sales — contact support@preprompt.studio to exercise this right.

5. Sub-Processors

The Service uses the following third-party processors: Firebase (Google) — authentication and database; Stripe — payment processing (web); Apple — app distribution and in-app purchases (iPad); Cloudflare — hosting, storage, and security; Anthropic — AI text analysis (Eden); our AI generation gateway (EvoLink) — routing image, video, and audio jobs to model providers including xAI, Kuaishou/Kling, ByteDance/Seedance, and Google; ElevenLabs — AI voice; Google — AI audio and speech; Blockade Labs — panorama generation; World Labs — 3D environment conversion. The set of AI model providers changes over time.

We use no-training and zero-retention settings where a provider offers them. Some providers may retain or use submitted content — notably World Labs and the video models reached through our generation gateway, whose practices we don't control. Review each provider's policy before using a feature if this is a concern.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records retained for 7 years per IRS requirements).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; delete your account and associated data; export your data in a portable format; and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@preprompt.studio.

8. Security

We implement security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), Firebase Authentication for identity management, Cloudflare WAF for DDoS protection, and role-based access controls. See our Security page for details.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
