Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of PrePrompt Studio and all content generated through the Service. By using PrePrompt, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
1. Permitted Use
PrePrompt Studio is designed for filmmakers, animators, directors, and creative professionals to generate pre-production assets — characters, sets, props, storyboard frames, and animatics — from their original scripts and creative briefs. You may use the Service for commercial and personal creative projects, subject to the restrictions below.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, store, or distribute content that:
- Depicts minors in sexual, exploitative, or abusive situations
- Constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Depicts non-consensual sexual activity or violence
- Is intended to harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate any person
- Promotes or incites violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Constitutes hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of third parties (see our DMCA & Content Policy)
- Impersonates real individuals without their consent for deceptive purposes
- Is designed to deceive, defraud, or mislead others (deepfakes intended to deceive, fabricated evidence, etc.)
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Circumvent rate limits, credit restrictions, or access controls
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
- Share account credentials or allow others to use your account
- Resell or redistribute the Service or access to the Service without authorization
- Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access
- Attempt to access other users' accounts, projects, or generated content
- Use the Service to generate training data for competing AI models
4. Content Involving Real People
PrePrompt is a creative tool. You may generate fictional characters, original designs, and conceptual artwork freely. If you use the Service to generate content that depicts or closely resembles real, identifiable individuals, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights, permissions, or legal basis to do so. PrePrompt does not verify likeness rights.
5. AI Content Labeling
All content generated through PrePrompt is AI-generated or AI-assisted. You are responsible for disclosing this appropriately when publishing or distributing generated content, in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies. See our AI Content Policy for details.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to review content and conduct for compliance with this policy. Enforcement actions may include:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of generation capabilities
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required (e.g., CSAM)
We are not obligated to monitor content proactively, but we will investigate reports of policy violations. If you believe content on the Service violates this policy, report it to support@preprompt.studio.
7. Appeals
If your account is suspended or terminated for a policy violation, you may appeal by emailing support@preprompt.studio with "AUP Appeal" in the subject line. We will review appeals within 10 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
