DMCA & Content Policy

Cloud Creator LLC ("we," "us," "our") respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same. This policy describes how we handle copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and our general approach to content ownership and intellectual property within PrePrompt Studio.

1. Copyright Ownership of Generated Content

You own the outputs generated through your use of PrePrompt Studio, subject to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs (scripts, descriptions, reference images) do not infringe on third-party copyrights
• AI-generated content may have limited or uncertain copyright protection under current law — consult legal counsel for your jurisdiction
• PrePrompt does not claim ownership of your generated content
• PrePrompt does not guarantee that generated content is free from resemblance to copyrighted works, given the nature of AI generation

2. DMCA Takedown Notices

If you believe that content accessible through PrePrompt Studio infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it
3. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email address)
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
6. Your physical or electronic signature

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:

1. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
3. Your name, address, and telephone number
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Cloud Creator LLC may be found)
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice
6. Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant and restore the removed content within 10-14 business days unless we receive notice that the complainant has filed a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We define a repeat infringer as a user who has been the subject of two or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period.

5. Input Responsibility

PrePrompt processes your scripts, descriptions, and creative briefs to generate visual assets. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you input does not infringe on third-party copyrights. Uploading copyrighted scripts, reference images, or character descriptions that you do not have rights to use may result in infringing outputs.

6. AI Model Training

PrePrompt does not use your content to train AI models. We do not contribute your scripts, generated images, or project data to any training datasets. The third-party AI providers we use (Anthropic, xAI, Blockade Labs, World Labs) have their own data policies — see our Privacy Policy and Security page for details.
